• Identify the gaps / lapses and provide suggestions on the way forward in line with best practices.
  • Affirm the Foundation’s objectives as enumerated in the Vision & Mission statements through structured and focused plans, activities, events etc.
  • Adequately provide the general public, prospective and existing partners & sponsors details / information on the website, periodic reports, event summaries etc.
  • Establish Linkages within and outside Nigeria which add-value to the growth objectives and long-term sustainability of the Foundation.
  • Create a conceptual framework Action Plan
  • Kick-start and activate the requirements for the Foundation’s activities for Year 2 [2018] & beyond
  • Provide a marketing plan for engaging partners / sponsors and sourcing for funding on behalf of the Foundation
